Intervista 2023 a MARTIJN HENDRIKS Eetwijn

My name is Martijn and I have an agency in Amsterdam, I do cooking and organise cooking workshops...I organise trips outside Italy and now I'm in ER. I think it's a great event, I'm having a great time, I'm meeting very interesting people both among the buyers and the suppliers..So it's great!
I have already been to Emilia and was very surprised to have met very nice people, and to have tasted very interesting regional products and of course to have been able to see beautiful landscapes, including fantastic castles.

Il mio nome è Martijn Eetwijn e ho un’agenzia ad Amsterdam, mi occupo di cucina ed organizzo workshop di cucina. Organizzo viaggi in Italia e ora sono in Emilia Romagna. Penso che sia un bellissimo evento, mi sto divertendo moltissimo, sto incontrando persone molto interessanti sia tra i buyer che tra i supplier..Quindi è fantastico! Sono già stato in Emilia e sono rimasto molto sorpreso di aver conosciuto persone molto simpatiche, e di aver assaggiato prodotti regionali molto interessanti e ovviamente di aver potuto vedere panorami bellissimi, inclusi castelli fantastici
